In my painting i did my favorite colors. I tried blending them a little bit to make it look better. I could add more to make it look better. Just by adding a quote or a drawling.
I did polka dots for another one of my paintings. I used to love polka dots when i was younger i would always wear polka dots on my clothes. I wish i added more details and a quote.
I painted a girl holding a umbrella. I thought it turned out really cool. I did well on making my umbrella. It actually looks like a umbrella! I could work on the girls arms they don't look very even and off center. It came out better then I thought. I did this because I love it when it rain everything is peaceful and quite. For one of my painting ideas I did a picture from Up. First, i started with a baby blue as the background. Then I did my clouds i didn't like with just plain white clouds so i did a light grey. I added a light line of black and a dark grey. Overall i thought it turned out really cool. I could work on my ballows moreI feel like this is my childhood in a picture because when we were little we would do handprints and fingerprints. When I was younger I would love to draw flowers, grass and the sun. First I started with a fingerprint and then it hit me I can do fingerprint flowers. Then I started doing stems and grass. I also added the sky and a sun. I didn't really like how my grass tuned out. I could have done better. I've learned that I can draw flowers I could never draw flowers right until this project.
Reflection: I would add more detail I feel like there could be a lot more detail added such as to the flowers and the grass. This painting reminded me of when I was a little girl and I would draw. I would inprove my sky to all match. What I mean by this is the sky has different colors of blue. This is my favorite out of the 5 paintings. I choose to do fingerprints because you are leaving your mark on the world. Get it? Your leaving your fingerprints when you touch things. When you touch things you can explore new things. I know I like to explore things I mean who wouldn't? My favorite process was doing the fingerprints I had tons of fun doing different colors. What I didn't really like about my process is that I couldn't really find very many ways to point my thumbprints so that they are all going different directions. This is how I started. I just started doing thumbprints then that's how I came up with "Make your mark on the world". I really thought it tuned out great! I learned that I can do anything I put my mind to. I had no idea I could paint very good, but I was wrong. Reflection: My feeling in this project is happy and bright feelings. I did my colors bright because I love bright colors. My piece did inspire me because I can do anything. |
